Please read this agreement carefully before purchasing BuildMyPlays services. By purchasing BuildMyPlays’s services, you present your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

In accessing and using the services of BuildMyPlays, you commit to all terms and conditions set in this Terms and Conditions Agreement. Additional terms and conditions may apply to additional areas of the website or to particular negotiations or content posted on the site, in conjunction with the actual Terms of Use Agreement.

Occasionally we may make changes to the Agreements for valid reasons. Customers who use BuildMyPlays’s website agree to follow any change or modification and are bound to the modified Terms of Use Agreement. If you do not wish to continue using the Service under the new version of the Agreements, you may terminate your campaign by contacting us.


This website (BuildMyPlays) is owned by BuildMyPlays. In all situations, BuildMyPlays possesses full intellectual property rights to all content, images, and visual elements on the website. This information may not be used, copied, distributed, transmitted, or altered unless expressly authorized by BuildMyPlays


The content and website are protected by U.S. and foreign copyright laws. These belong expressly to BuildMyPlays or other copyright owners who have given express authorization to use their information on the BuildMyPlays website.


Any potential customer agrees to solely use the website for lawful purposes, and not to compromise the security of the website, render it inaccessible to others or cause damage to the content, service or website. As a user, you agree to refrain from any action that may add, subtract or modify the content of the site. You agree to refrain from accessing content without permission and will not use the website in any way other than the way it is intended.


BuildMyPlays only requires confidential information that enables to pursue the service. Any other material or information sent to the website will be considered non-confidential. You authorize BuildMyPlays the royalty-free irrevocable permission to use, display and distribute in whole or in part, the submission in any manner it sees fit.


BuildMyPlays has the right to deny any project/order request from customers in which the contents are related to political, false statements or spam purpose. We do not support or take responsibility for any of those contents from clients and have the right to terminate the project/order at any time. By accepting this Term, you agree to waive all the rights to create a claim related to legal action against BuildMyPlays or to object the final results.


As you are bound by the Terms of Agreement, you must indemnify, defend and hold BuildMyPlays free from any claim arising out of, relating to, or connected with your alleged breach of the Terms of Service in using BuildMyPlays’s services. You must also indemnify, defend, and hold BuildMyPlays harmless based on any claim alleging facts that, if true, would constitute a breach of this Agreement.


In all situations, we request that you may not run other marketing campaigns while our campaign is running. It may affect the final results and quality. If you are against this term, then you agree that BuildMyPlays will not responsible for all statistics that you gain during the duration of your BuildMyPlays marketing campaign which did not come from us. The money-back guarantee will not be eligible in this situation. We will not issue the refund if our marketing campaigns have been affected by other providers/suppliers which you have ordered them to work alternately.


We cannot guarantee the delivery time will be exactly as the estimated guests. It will be assessed case by case.


BuildMyPlays reserves the right to fix any errors or inaccuracies in the content on the website or to change and update the content at any time without giving prior notice. However, BuildMyPlays does not guarantee that errors, inaccuracies or omissions will be corrected immediately.


We always try to deliver your order stably. However, in some situation when the system or network gets an update, it can lead to an interruption of your campaign.


You may not change, modify and/or remove your account, username, photo and/or video while your BuildMyPlays marketing campaign is running. Doing so may make your account, photo and/or video inaccessible and cause an interruption of our service. You agree that any changes, modifications and/or removal of your account, username, photo and/or video without prior notice and approval from BuildMyPlays, will make your affected order(s) subject to terminations and ineligible for any type of refund.


BuildMyPlays is not liable for any accounts, photos, videos, and/or tracks and that are removed due to our services being implemented. Also, BuildMyPlays is not liable for any contents, photos, videos, and/or any other information from the followers which you might receive. Purchase of our services is at your own risk and it is nearly impossible to determine why social media account providers suspend or delete accounts or content. Due to this, we cannot refund after services have been completed if this has occurred to an account/content.


All the services of BuildMyPlays are in terms of a one-time payment purchase. We do NOT offer Recurring Payments now, hence, you will NOT be charged as a subscription service. If you find any transactions were made without your authorization, please contact us immediately.


A Money-Back and Satisfaction guarantee is provided to all clients for a period of 30 days. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with our services, let us know we’ll do our best to correct the problem. After getting your request, it takes a short time to review case by case and will be determined by Buildmyplays to offer a Partial or Full Refund.

In the event that you change your minds or wish not to proceed with the campaign, besides the review period, a non-refundable processing fee might be applied. This fee is charged by PayPal/CyberSource and Buildmyplays does not receive this.

At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if your purchase had been nearly completed that you want to refund or if you got a refund before, we reserve the right to deny your refund.


If you believe someone placed an order with your credit card, without your authorization (aka. a Fraudulent Order), please contact us immediately! Please contact us via email at support@buildmyplays.com.

We will issue a Full Refund promptly, report the fraudulent customer to the proper authorises, and blacklist them throughout our network and our industry partners.


BuildMyPlays often go beyond the expectation and maintain the quality at its best. It means that sometimes the goal is set higher than the expected statistic from your order. However, the retention guarantee can not cover the additional amount on top of the originally paid services.


Besides the satisfaction guarantee, BuildMyPlays offers the Retention Guarantee which indicates the period of time the paid services will be monitored and refilled. Each service has a different duration for BuildMyPlays’s Retention Guarantee, and is indicated below:

BuildMyPlays’s Retention Guarantee, Money Back Guarantee, Refund requests are VOID if:

(1) The customer ordered from a different company in the delivery time (Third-party campaigns).
(2) The customer was losing Followers/Likes/Views/Plays before ordering from BuildMyPlays or those acquired via different means.
(3) The customer makes their Account/Page/Video/Photo/Track private, restricted or otherwise inaccessible during and/or after a campaign.
(4) The customer blocks/deletes/bans the followers/likes/plays/views that they received from BuildMyPlays.
(5) The customer’s followers decrease with a dramatical rate (due to various reasons, such as low interaction rate, low maintenance account, lack of posting photos, unsuitable or too unique contents, etc.) and our refilling process reaches over 10% of package’s amount.

These must be processed in due diligence and due process.
