How to do it:
- Select the person icon to go to your profile
- Select the person in a box icon under your bio to go to the Photos of You tab
- Choose the picture you wish to remove from your profile
- Faucet the three dots icon within the higher right-hand nook and choose Picture Choices
- Choose Hide from My Profile or Remove Me From Post if you wish to untag yourself
Pro Tip: You could also select whether or not you’d like tagged images to appear on your profile. To do it, go to the Photos of You page, choose the … icon, choose Tagging Options, then select either Add Automatically or Add Manually.
3. Add line breaks in your bio to make it stand out
When you would like to break up the block of text that’s your bio, this hack is for you. Line breaks are a good way to include information in a visually appealing method.
How to do it on mobile:
- Open up a notes app and write out your bio as you would like it to appear—line breaks included
- Choose all of the text and select Copy
- Open the Instagram app
- Choose your profile picture icon to go to your profile
- Select the Edit Profile button
- Paste the text from your notes app into the bio field
- Choose Done to save your changes
How to do it on desktop:
- Go to your Instagram profile on the web
- Choose Edit Profile
- Space your bio as you would like it to appear
- Click on Submit to save your changes
Note: Whether edited through mobile or on desktop, profiles seen on a desktop will seem without line breaks.

- Choose on Edit Profile on the highest right of your Instagram profile
- In the Title section, change the text to add your keywords
- Choose Done on the upper right corner of your screen
6. Change the alignment of your bio

How to do it:
- Visit your Instagram profile in a web browser (it’s simpler than on mobile).
