Here’s How to Create your Spotify DNA
To get your Spotify DNA, connect your account with n-gen. It will gather all your listening data to create the DNA chart. Follow these steps:
- Go to ngenart (website) using a web browser and click on Connect with Spotify.
- Log in with your Spotify details and click Agree to let the website access your Spotify account.
- Once connected, you’ll return to the n-gen website where your DNA strand will be generated.
The chart shows your song rarity score and lists your top artists. You can share your DNA card with friends on Instagram and other platforms by tapping the share button.
Here’s How to Customize your Spotify DNA Chart
After creating your DNA chart, n-gen offers several customization options. Here’s how to do it:
- To use a different playlist, scroll to “Create With Your Listening Habits” or “Create With Your Favorite Playlists“. Tap your choice to generate the DNA strand based on it.
- Scroll down further to “Customize Your Output” and choose from 12 different themes to change the chart’s appearance. For example, I selected Fire.
- In “Customize Your Output“, you can also toggle off “Show Username” and “Show Details” if you prefer to keep your account anonymous.
