1. Download Instagram Data

#1: Launch the Instagram app and navigate to your profile.
#2: Tap the three horizontal lines in the top right corner, then select Your Activity from the menu.
#3: Click the Download Your Information button.
#4: Enter your email address and click the Request download button.
#5: Enter your password and press the Next button in the upper right corner.
#6: Now, Instagram will send your data to your email address. Open the email and click on Download Information.
