- The Top tab will display the most relevant results.
- Swipe to the Hashtags tab to see all the popular hashtags that include the searched term.
Tap on the hashtag you’re looking for to see all TikToks that include that hashtag. You can also save the hashtag to your favorites to make it easier to remember later. 
How to search on TikTok without an account
You can search TikTok without an account, but you can’t interact or submit content.

- In your mobile browser, type TikTok and your term.

- In your desktop browser, type TikTok. Go back to the home screen.
- Enter the name of the person you’re looking for in the top search bar.
- Select the search icon. A list of the most popular articles, accounts, and videos relevant to the person’s name will be displayed.
- To view the person’s profile, click on the search result. From your browser, you can only see a summary of the user’s profile, which contains their videos and link in bio. On the desktop, you cannot see a list of their followers or who they are following.
